Who processes the data

The data controller is ng-code, [TODO: company name, registered office, company ID]. For any privacy question, write to info@ng-code.com.

What data we collect

Through the “Start a project” form we collect the data you enter yourself: full name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), preferred contact channel, industry and company size, problem description, goal, timeline, approximate budget and an attached file (optional).

With the inquiry we also record the site language, the page you came from and the UTM parameters in the link (for example, if you came from the “Made by ng-code” badge in one of the applications we built).

Why we collect it

We use the data only to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposed solution and an offer, and communicate with you through the channel you chose. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We don't sell the data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Processing with AI tools

To prepare a proposal faster, the content of an inquiry may be processed with an AI service (Anthropic, Claude API) to create an internal draft solution. Only our team sees the draft; nothing from it is sent automatically. Anthropic processes the data as a processor under its API terms. How long we keep the data

We keep inquiries for [TODO: retention period, e.g. 24 months after the last contact], unless the collaboration becomes a contract — in that case the retention periods for business records apply. After that, the data is deleted.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only essential cookies: your remembered language choice (ngc_lang) and, for administrators, a sign-in cookie. Your theme choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.

We count visits with our own cookieless counter: we record the page opened, the site you came from and the device type (phone, tablet or computer). We do not store your IP address — a visitor is recognised only by an anonymous code that changes every day, so we cannot follow you over time. To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@ng-code.com — we reply without delay and within 30 days at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. [TODO: name the competent authority based on the company's registered office]

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Only our team can access inquiries, through a protected admin panel. Attachments are stored separately from the public part of the site.
